Ortiz PE, Traffic Engineer Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the site plan therefore a revised site plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the SP. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 1. The proposed drop-off/pick-up area for students is too close to the 22nd Street access driveway. This short distance will cause vehicles dropping off and picking up students to queue into 22nd Street. Additional consideration to on-site vehicle circulation is required by TDOT-Traffic. 2. Alley access is not permitted without proper improvements to the alley. A suitable asphalt structural section is required.
