Previously you had not submitted a one line diagram, the new one indicates a new service, two new panels and a 45 KVA transformer.The new panels show existing loads. This is confusing, the ground to the secondary of the transformer should be a # 6 cu.
The notes on electrical sheets that indicate for new circuits if new fixtures require, determination should be made on these plans not left up to contractor.
Location of transformer ?
If service is new as indicated provide available fault current up to panels.
The existing service on load totals shows only 20 amps, was there no load on this service other than the 20 amps ?
