The closest floor sinks appear to be between 5 and 15 feet from the fixtures and the dishwasher therefore, show the size and routing of the indirect waste lines, along with their required traps. Reference: Section 803.0, UPC 2006. 5. The plumbing floor plan shows a floor sink located directly east of the Type I hood in the kitchen; what fixtures or appliances are draining to it? Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006. 6. The minimum size of an indirect waste line from a plumbing fixture shall be in accordance with Table 7-5, UPC 2006. Reference: Section 803.0, UPC 2006. 7. Resize the proposed grease interceptor per Section 1014.3.6, UPC 2006 using the revised waste fixture units, including the dishwashing machine. 8.
