TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 5, 2010

1. The Cell Tower plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the plan and it appears that it meets all LUC and D.S. requirements. Once all PDSD agencies have approved the plan Zoning will approve the plan.

3. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved Special Exception process. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
