The feeder from the 400 amp CT can to the main photovoltaic AC disconnect shows a 1/0 GRD, then a #8 cu GRD taken to each inverter. I beleive this is actually for the use of an equipment ground rather than a grounded electrode conductor, or the same conductor being used for both.
