Perimeter yard setback from the existing laundry room, ramada and storage shed, to be permitted, to the east property line is based on: laundry room addition height of 7'-0", ramada height 10'-4", shed height of 6'-0". Worst cast setback to the ramada is 6'-11" required, 0'-0" provided.
