2. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Development Designator "I" required perimeter yard setback for the proposed addition to the existing residence to the north property line is the height (H) 9'-3", proposed is 6'-0".

3. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Development Designator "I" required perimeter yard setback for the proposed addition to the existing residence to the south property line is the height (H) 9'-3", proposed is 5'-3".

4. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, Development Designator "I" required perimeter yard setback for the proposed porch addition to the existing out building to the south property line is the height (H) 7'-0", proposed is 6'-6".
