Revise the calculations using the default occupant densities as a minimum. Note that the "Open Office" (Room 414) is shown as a telephone/data entry area which has a default occupancy rate of 60 people per 1000 square feet.
2. Comment not resolved. The note in the Sequence of Controls (M0.0) states that EF-1 will be "…interlocked with the air handlers." but it does not state that the fan will operate whenever the air handlers are supplying air to the shower rooms or during hours of operation. Provide information on the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans to show that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (3), IMC 2006.
