It is acknowldged that the Board of Adjustment application has been approved with conditions. It is not clear what the conditions of approval are at this time as the revised DP has not been submitted for review. However it is zoning's understanding that a Pork Chop median restricting in and out traffic within the northern most PAAL entrance is to be constructed. Zoning also acknowledges that the Pork Chop Median is depicted on the latest drawings. Zoning is assuming that the the revised DP will also depict the same design therefore Zoning is willing to approve the building plans over the counter once the revised development package has been approved by CDRC.

A copy of the CDRC approved and stamped Development Pacakge sheets must be incorporated into the building plan package.


1. The building plan for the fuel center Kiosk has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section and while it appears to match the unapproved version of the DP Zoning cannot approve the plan at this time until it has been approved by the Building Trades reviewers and a copy of the CDRC approved and stamped development plan is included with the building plan set.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan will be in compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped development plan because the final rendition of the development plan has not been approved by CDRC. Please ensure that if any changes need to be made to the building or building footprint as a result of the CDRC reviewer comments, the changes are incorporated into the building plans or visa versa. Submit two copies of the approved and stamped development plan package, which includes landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development plan package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
