COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the setback to the west property lines. This site is in the R-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The required side-street setback is ten (10) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.A) from the proposed structure to the property line. The proposed setback is three (3) feet to the west property line.
