2. Unless identified in chapter 8 2006 U.P.C. Indirect Waste, all fixtures are to be directly connected to the sanitary sewer. One compartment of the three compartment sink may be indirectly wasted if it is used for vegetable prep, or used as a sanitizing bowl.
3. The grease waste connections at the dishwasher are drawn in backwards.
4. Provide a detail showing how the sleeved gas lines are to be vented. Reference: 1211.1.6 2006 U.P.C.
5. Refer to key note 25 on P4.0, T and P relief drains are to be gravity drain to the outside.
6. Provide a site utility plan showing sewer, water, and grease interceptor piping and connections. Include upstream and downstream manhole inverts and rim elevations and locations, water meter size and location.
7. Clarify the roof drains for the entry canopy on the North side of the building (i.e. area served and overflow method) and indicate where the 4" RDL shown on sheet P7.0 terminates. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
8. Clarify the termination of the primary rainwater leaders; they may not cross over the sidewalk. Reference: Section 4.4 F, City of Tucson Development Standard No. 3-01.0.
9. Sheet C3 of the civil drawings indicates that the existing natural gas service to the building will be located beneath the slab of the proposed patio seating area. Show how this pipe will be either relocated or protected from damage. Reference: Section 1211.1.6, UPC 2006.

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
