If spliced what materials are to be used? B. If the existing 4" conduits are to be interupted, how will pull box be set to intercept the conduits? C. Will pull box be in the ground or supported on a surface? D. If neutral is not needed now and is to be coiled in the transformer and the panel , why is it being installed? What could be a possibility of using it at a later time? E. Concerning the conductors from the transformer to the new MTSESA board, show how the installation complies with NEC 2005, 240.21.C.2. F Indicate on Sheet E4.1, the equipment connected to the circuits on MTSESA. G. Sheet E4.3,describe the extent of changes(delta 3), on this sheet. Since previous approved plans not provided, or provide electrical sheets only. H. Regarding the changes to the panel schedules, provide information as to why the changes are made.
