Applicant proposes to construct an addition to the south unit along the width of north portion of the existing structure. The owner proposes to construct the addition to a minimum of eight (8) feet from the east property line. The required setback is based on the greatest of 10' or ¾ the height of the structure. (The minimum setback required is 10 feet based on the overall height of 8'-6" from design grade.)
