1. DS 2-02.2.1.A.8 In the parking calculations clearly indicate that the building parked at a ratio of 1:400 is a retail - furniture store use.

2. DS 2-02.2.1.A. Provide detail of the class one locker and class two bicycle rack.

Provide 3' clearance at the front of the class two bicycle parking racks.

3. The proposed use should be list as "Food Services" on sheet C-1.

4. DS 2-02.2.1.A.12 Clarify the ramp adjacent to the trash enclosure.

5. The above comments are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
