Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the Site Plan. Building Plan: 1. Provide Federal Emergency Management Agency, Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Panel Number and Special Flood Hazard designation on plan. 2. Provide copy of Floodplain Use Permit issued by Pima County for review by City of Tucson. 3. Provide copy of report and/or pages from the referenced report that identifies the designated and/or identify base flood elevation and regulator elevation. Provide copy of last approved cover page, signed and sealed. 4. Any elevation certificates, floodproofing certificates or survey information provided should be provided for reference by City of Tucson. 5. Clearly indicate on site plan or add note indicating that all electrical components, equipment and machinery servicing the building is properly elevated and/or flood proofed. 6.
