(Prelim map 2240L/AO1) ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T10BU01746 / T10OT02519 SUMMARY: PDSD Engineering Division has reviewed the plan set submittal for Floodplain Use Permit and Grading Plan review, and recommends approval of the floodplain use permit and grading permit. The drainage report was reviewed for the phase 1 of the Tucson Water SAVSARP Well SA-011A only. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1) Admin.Dir.1.07-6.III.A: The following conditions apply to grading permit T10BU01746: a) This permit is for the initial phase of the Tucson Water SAVSARP well improvements SA-011A phase 1 only. b) The Southern Avra Valley Storage And Recovery Project (SAVSARP) Well SA-011A Phase 1 plans - Tucson Water Plan No.1-016-2010 (SA-011A) and specifications are a part of the grading permit. See also Floodplain Analysis Summary Report for Southern Avra Valley Storage and Recovery Project (SAVSARP) Planned Recovery-Well Pad Sites by TetraTech dated December 9, 2009, sealed 12/09/09 Michael Zeller, P.E. c) Minimum pad elevation and well structure shall be set above the jurisdictional water surface to the elevation, as shown on the approved plans and drainage report, and shall be certified by an RLS. d) Submit completed elevation certificates to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division for acceptance. For SAVSARP Well SA-011A, submit first elevation certificate after compaction and completion of the fill pad, indicating minimum pad grade of 2300.57, and final elevation certificate indicating minimum elevation of top of well casing set at 2302.57. e) Submit a copy of the as-builts to City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department upon completion. 2) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.2.F: All conditions of Pima County Regional Flood Control District Floodplain Use Permit No.10-010 approved 2/16/10 shall apply. 3) DS Sec.11-01.4.1.C: Additional grading and floodplain review by the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department will be required for permits for the future structures or other future phase improvements on the constructed pad.
