SUMMARY: The floodplain use permit and grading plan submittal was received and reviewed for the Revision #3 that including proposed changes to the basins for remedial grading to alleviate ponding issues for this project. Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the revised grading permit until the following comments are addressed. GRADING COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.10-02.1.5, 10-02.2.3.1.6: Provide drainage statement or revised drainage report explaining basin revision. Provide any associated calculations or analysis. 2) Per DS Sec.11-01.16.1.D, EOR shall submit a statement of substantial conformance to said as-built plan and the specifications. The Civil engineer shall provide in the letter the following statements, that the drainage facilities and/or basin(s) were constructed in accordance with the approved plans and City of Tucson standards and codes; and that the basin meets City of Tucson drain down time requirements; Submit any remaining fees when picking up permits.
