Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan application at this time. The following items need to be addressed: BUILDING PLAN COMMENTS: 1) Refer to Zoning Comments: Development Plan (Main Gate Center Phase III) may have to be revised. Historic review and approval needed prior to approval. Possible variance may be required as well. Zoning Administrator determination may be necessary. Historic review in process. Possible permitting time is end of August after the appeal period has expired. 2) Once the variance, historic review and Zoning Determination have been approved Engineering will approve the building plan. For expedite purposes the building plan can be reviewed over the counter (PDSD Engineering Division comment only) for stamp approval once all items have been addressed.
