Billboard Modification Site Plan

1. Correct east-west dimensions on aerial photograph overlay: the sum of
the dimensions need to add up correctly; the 10-foot width of the billboard
is excessive (actual width closer to 4 feet); the 6.5-foot distance to east
property line is insufficient (actual distance closer to 11 feet); also
correct "Alley" to "Ash Avenue".

Authorized Repair Plan (Drawing No.45-2072)

1. Amend note on plan that reads "No parts or components are to be removed,
installed, replaced and reinstalled" to read "No parts or components are to
be removed, installed, replaced or reinstalled" (i.e., change the "and" to
"or").
2. Plan View: provide separate detail indicating material and dimensions of
panel section clip.
3. Stringer/Face Mounting or Poster Panel Side View: provide the total
number of existing panel clips to be removed and reinstalled per face and
indicate which stringers the clips are fastened to.
4. Poster Panel Top View: delete second face depicted ("Back")
5. Add "Sheet 2 of 2" at appropriate location in or near the title block.
