Billboard Modification Site Plan

1. Billboard Note #2: change the street number from "1849" to "1863; the
correct street number as per Exhibit 1 of the settlement agreement is 1863.
[Note: the original billboard permit was under 1863 (in 1971); a later
electric permit was issued under 1849 (in 1986)].

Authorized Repair Plan (Drawing No.45-2073)

1. Add "Sheet 2 of 2" on the plan.
2. Amend note on plan that reads "No parts or components are to be removed,
installed, replaced and reinstalled" to read "No parts or components are to
be removed, installed, replaced or reinstalled" (i.e., change the "and" to
"or").
3. Plan View: provide separate detail indicating material and dimensions of
panel section clip.
4. Stringer/Face Mounting; Poster Panel Side View: provide the total number
of existing panel clips to be removed and reinstalled per face and indicate
which stringers or other points the clips are fastened to.
5. Scope of Work (Bullet 9): delete and insert in its place: "Existing light
fixtures are to remain on the site with no other fixtures (new or used) to
be installed" [Note: "case-by-case" exception language as per 3/3/10
meeting can alternatively be used; this is a vacant lot, so the rationale of
interfering with the underlying business would not apply].
6. Provide description of existing light fixtures and lamps to be removed
and reinstalled, including lamp type and catalog number, number of lamps,
and existing lamp lumen and ballast ratings.
7. Provide detail for existing and replacement clamps and fasteners that
attach the light fixture support arms to the billboard structure.
8. Identify the point of disconnect between the light fixture assembly to be
removed and reinstalled and the riser conduit.
