Please note that it is of particular importance to inspect the existing dimensions of the torsion bar end plates prior to removal to confirm the 1/2" thickness shown on the plan. There are a few other such measurements as noted on the revised plan.in response to Comment #8. Sheet 1 of 2 No comments. Sheet 2 of 2 1. The face height dimension of 12'0" in the Frame Detail, now clarified to include the trim as per Comment #5 on the original submittal, is not consistent with the finished dimensions of the trim pieces described in the Scope of Work (12'3", the standard dimension). The Frame Detail dimension needs to conform. [Note: the BRC would not object to any mechanism that would expedite permit issuance, but would still correct the dimension for the record]. |
