1. Indicate that Sheet 2 is not part of the submittal; alternatively, add
"Sheet 2 of 2" on the Authorized Repair Plan.

Authorized Repair Plan (Drawing No.45-2060)

1. Amend note on plan that reads "No parts or components are to be removed,
installed, replaced and reinstalled" to read "No parts or components are to
be removed, installed, replaced or reinstalled" (i.e., change the "and" to
"or").
2. Frame Connection: provide the material, material grade, and dimensions of
the existing and replacement mating plates, including thickness.
3. Frame Detail (or Frame Connection): provide the existing and finished
dimension between the horizontal centerline of the torsion bar and the
bottoms of the uprights. [Note if the finished dimension is less than the
existing dimension, that would result in an overall increase in height of
the billboard, which is not permissible]
4. Frame Detail: note both catwalks on plan as existing.
5. Frame Detail: clarify whether 12'0" height of sign face is for panel
section only or finished with trim installed.
6. Add notation that top height of finished sign faces with trim installed
not to exceed top height of uprights.
7. Provide full detail on material, material grade and dimensions of
existing catwalks, catwalk ledgers and associated fasteners.
8. Field inspection to confirm: a) mating plate thickness for both existing
and replacement; b) upright cross section dimensions for both existing and
replacement; and c) dimension from horizontal centerline of torsion bar and
the bottom of the uprights for both existing and replacement.
