All items are acceptable to Engineering Division, except any Engineering Inspector punchlist items, and the following items which are outstanding for PDSD Engineering Review: 1) Final Revised Grading Plan sheets C-1.1, C-1.2, & C-1.4 need to show missing revision info for: a - missing physical barriers or bollards on some locations b - revised horizontal clearance between some existing physical barriers / reconstruction or added construction may be needed located at the entrance to the COSTCO bldg. This could be a safety issue if the physical barriers are not constructed before project is open to the public. c - as-built FFE was missing 2) Engineer was to provide a substantial completion letter, per meeting last week, for the drainage crossing, stating that there is all-weather access to the COSTCO site. Engineering has not yet received this letter. 3) Engineer was to provide the as-built sheets for this drainage crossing with the as-built inverts. This was discussed in the meeting last week with engineer and also is outstanding. |
