3. Indicate assigned DSD activity number T09PI00013 above title block. See redlines.

4. Basis of Elevation must reference COT field Book and Page. See redlines.

5. Sheet 2, Detail 2; The proposed modified sidewalk scupper with a mesh bar grate in place of the steel diamond plate is unacceptable. Due to the high pedestrian traffic, the proposed grate creates a hazard to the public's safety. This is not a standard practice for public improvement. Correct and revise.

6. Sheet 2, Detail 3; remove vertical curb from back of ramp. Remove tactile grooves. Correct and revise. See redlines.

7. Sheet 3, Existing Plan View; show and label the existing sidewalk scupper/pipe as seen physically in the field. See redlines.

8. Sheet 3, Proposed Plan View; Indicate flow arrows. Demonstrate that an unobstructed 6-foot wide public pedestrian pathway will be provided.

9. Sheet 3, Profile; Show the % slope. Between Sta. 38+00 and Sta. 39+00, show the elevation change on plan view. See redlines.

10. Sheet 3, Keynotes # 6 & #12, and SVT Detail; Lines of sight will not be obscured between thirty (30) inches and six (6) feet. Shrubs and small plants cannot exceed 30 inches in height. Tree canopy bottoms must be above 72 inches. Submit a copy of the Landscape/Irrigation plan.
