Single word responses are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal. 2. In title block, remove the text Transportation Planning & Landscape Architect. 3. In title block, add assigned I-Plan Number, I-2009-016 to all sheets. 4. Indicate assigned DSD activity number T09PI000012 above title block. See redlines. 5. Indicate the Administrative address. The physical site's address. 6. Indicate the correct address of the owner. 201 N. Stone Ave. is known as the Public Works Building. 7. Add note to the Paving Notes: Floodplain Use Permit No._______, has been issued for work impacting City Floodplains. 8. A City Floodplain Use Permit will be required for road construction from COT - DSD Engineering. 9. The project may negatively impact abutting property owners. Per the approved Grading Plan, Sheet 2A of 18, existing sheet flow impacting the proposed development and flowing across the proposed development, will now be channelized along the east edge of the development south, then turned west, directing the concentrated flow onto private property. COT records show this flow is a COT Administrative Floodplain. South Naco Vista is a COT Flood Hazard area, at a corresponding Q-100 of 130-cfs. 10. The proposed road design shows that the drainage has been altered. Demonstrate on how the off-site discharge will not impact adjacent properties. 11. The proposed road design shows a crown street design. Demonstrate how the 10-year runoff is to be contained within the curbs of the street. 12. A proposed speed table is to replace the existing one. Demonstrate how the speed table and curbing will contain the flow within the roadway without creating flooding upstream and or to adjacent properties. Justify speed table replacement within a crown street design. 13. Sheet 2, Indicate the street names and stationings at the Naco Vista and Hidalgo Vista. See redlines. 14. Sheet 2, Sta. 10+24.13; "New sidewalk to abut to existing sidewalk/bus shelter pad." Demonstrate that an unobstructed 5-foot wide pedestrian pathway will be provided where the new sidewalk meets the bus pad and structure. 15. Sheet 2, Sta. 10+20.20; Connect 6" reveal curb to existing. Indicate existing terminal section is to be removed. See redlines. 16. Sheet 2, Indicate the proposed curb radius. See redlines. 17. Sheet 2, Provide a survey monument at the intersection of Hancock Vista & Naco Vista. See redlines. 18. Correct detail. 23. Sheet 3, Detail 4; The handicap ramp is to have a minimum 5' x 5' landing. Dimension and label landing area. 24. Sheet 3; Detail 3; General Note #12 shall read, Contractor responsible to stripe speed humps and speed table with 12" wide white thermoplastic paint or reflectorized tape. 25.
