The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Sheet 4, Detail 8/4: Indicated in the detail 8/4 the bearing bars of the grate will be orientated perpendicular to vehicular travel (support bars spacing 3.48'). Will this orientation provide the structural integrity equal to as when the bearing bars are place parallel to vehicular traffic. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
