The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Separate the signing and striping of Atterbury Wash Way in the plan set to avoid over sights during construction. 4. Along Mary Ann Cleveland Way ensure that all existing signs that are effected by the off-site improvements and are applicable to the roadway remain in place or relocated to an appropriate location. The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2009-009" in title block of each sheet. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T09PI00005"on cover sheet. 2. Add the following notes to the General Notes: ¨ All Drainage Infrastructures, indicated on the plans, are in accordance to the approved Drainage Report approved by Development Services Department. ¨ Flooplain Use Permit No. ________________ has been issued by City of Tucson Development Services Department for work impacting City and FEMA floodplains. 3. Indicate roadway cross slope in roadway cross sections. 4. Provide a pavement structural section details for each differing roadway pavement section. 5. Sheet 3, Detail 1/3: The existing pavement section must be matched for Mary Ann Cleveland Way, see as-built paving plan set I-2003-037. 6. Sheet 3, Detail 4/3: Revise detail to accurately depict proposed pavement section. 7. Sheet 3, Detail 14/3: Indicate a minimum 5'x 5' landing for the proposed ramps. 8. Sheet 4, Detail 5/4: The temporary pavement on the proposed turnaround on the south end of Atterbury Wash Way should match the standard proposed pavement section 9. Provide post barricades and appropriate signage where the pavement terminates for subdivision phasing to restrict vehicular traffic. 10. Provide grouted rock rip-rap at inlets an outlets of the proposed pipe culverts. 11. Provide a detail demonstrating the proper installation of the proposed grouted rip-rap. 12. Indicate the class of reinforced concrete pipe for proposed pipe culverts. 13. Depict public right-of-way limits on all roadway cross sections. 14. Verify that a 2' minimum set back is provided from the hinge point of any cut and fill slope on private property and the property line (City of Tucson Development Standard 11-09.0). Depict or note on plan view. 15. Sheet 5: Provide a dimensioned detail for the proposed pavement tapers on Mary Ann Cleveland Way. 16. Sheet 5: Provide beginning and ending stations for the proposed guard rail at Sta. 19+00, RT ( Atterbury Wash Way) 17. Provide a slope easement for the proposed road embankment of Atterbury Wash Way. 18. What safety features will be provided to keep vehicles from driving off of the roadway at the temporary turnaround on the south end of Atterberry Wash Way? 19. Provide line and curve data for roadway centerline. 20. Placement of private irrigation facilities within the right-of-way will require a private utility easement. Please contact the COT Real Estate Division for information on acquiring an easement. Additionally, private irrigation facilities must meet COT adopted standards. Note the following requirements to any proposed irrigation in the right-of way. Schedule 80 sleeving. Marking tape. Minimum 18" depth. Mark/stamp on curb - IS (Irrigation System) and/or placard at back of curb Sleeves must be in a recorded easement (easement width is dependent on what is needed for installation and/or repairs). q Sleeve should extend beyond the right-of-way (into private property), unless otherwise approved by TDOT. 21. Add the following notes to the General Storm Drain Notes: Drainage pipe shall conform to PC/COT SSPI Section 501or as directed by the engineer. Pipe bedding shall conform to PC/COT Standard Detail 108. 22. Provide barricade railing along the right-of-way of any slope steeper than 4:1 and deeper than two (2) feet. Note ending and beginning of any proposed barricade railing. 23. Verify that the cross slopes for pedestrian cross walk areas does not exceed 2%. 24.
