The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2009-006" in title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T09PI0003"on cover sheet. 3. Place title of plan in each title block of the plan set. Title blocks should be identical except for sheet number. Extraneous labeling such as sheet details or street names should be labeled above title block. 4. Verify that all line work used is included in legend. 5. Provide a cross section for Valencia Road and Nogales Highway. Indicate existing and proposed roadway cross slopes. 6. Provide a structural pavement section for proposed pavement widening. 7. A concrete bus bay per ADOT Standard Detail C-05.50 will have to be provided. Provide complete details of bus bay. 8. Provide a dimensioned detail of each type of curb access ramp proposed and indicate the use of truncated domes as the tactile warning device. 9. Have the flows in the proposed channel, on the southwest corner of Valencia Rd and Nogales Highway, originally been discharged on Valecia Road? According to the existing topography, it appears that these flows originally entered the project site at a low point at approximately Sta. 3185+61, LT. (Nogales Highway). Has accepting the majority of flows at the existing low point and conveying the remaining flows along the gutter to Valencia Road been explored? What are the magnitudes of these flows? Submit supporting hydrologic data with next submittal. 10. Provide additional details for the required bus shelter on Nogales Highway. Has COT Transit Services been consulted for the construction for the proposed bus shelter? 11. Provide a Curb terminal section per PC/COT Std. Dtl. 210 at station 3184+53.33, 36.64', LT (Nogales Highway). Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Along Valencia and Nogales HWY ensure that all existing signs that are effected by the off-site improvements and are applicable to the roadway remain in place or relocated to an appropriate location. If damaged or unsuitable for reuse, then replace with new sign and/or post (i.e. the speed limit sign on Nogales HWY). 4. Provide a drawing to address the relocation of lighting along Valencia Road. 5. Provide a drawing to address the relocation/modification of the traffic signal.
