The drainage statement prepared by Janice Hughes, PE indicates that the water surface elevation at the location of the proposed building would increase by as much as 0.45 foot. The floodplain ordinance of the City of Tucson limits the increase to 0.1 foot. It might be helpful to analyze the potential encroachment with more cross sections near the location of the building. Please include an exhibit in the revised report showing the section locations as listed in the analysis. |
