A tax parcel combination will be required to be completed and a covenant regarding development and use of real property completed and recorded prior to approval of this site plan. Provide recording docket and page information for the covenant on the site plan. Provide appropriate documentation with next submittal 2. A lease area is indicated on the site plan. Approval of the lease area must be obtained by submitting through PDSD for a lot split. Completion and approval of the lot split must be obtained prior to approval of the site plan.
