The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the west property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The wall height facing the west property line is ten (10) feet, eight (8) inches. The minimum setback to the west property line is seven (7) feet, two (2) inches. The proposed setback is one (1) foot. |
