COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the setback to the west property line. This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the north property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The minimum setback to the north property line is six (6) feet. The proposed setback is three (3) feet, one (1) inch.
