1. The plan have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the plan was in compliance with the approved Development Package. Once all Planning and Development Services agencies have approved the Development Package zoning can approve the plan.

3. Zoning will re-review the plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved Development Package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

SUMMARY: The bridge plans set was submitted for review. Engineering Division does not recommend approval until the following comments are addressed.

BRIDGE PLAN COMMENTS:
1) Provide a location map for bridges on cover sheet or 2nd sheet, labeling and identifying each bridge.
2) Development Package approval is required prior to issuance of permit.
3) Address the following comments for Bridge Sheets:
a) Include a plan view sheet for grading area around each abutment.
b) Identify which bridge will need utility line crossing conduits and show on section views.
c) Clarify / add to title block on sheet 89 that this sheet is the Bridge Foundation Plan & Section sheet.
d) Label WSEL's with distances between WSEL and low chord elevations on bridge sheets 97 & 99.
e) OR, use updated sheets (sealed 12/16/09).
4) Floodplain Use Permit is required for this project for bridges. Submit City of Tucson's Floodplain Use Permit Application with next submittal.

Hospital Site Lighting

The electrical plans have been denied for the following:

1. General Submittal Requirements state plans are to come with a minimum text size of 3/32" all uppercase, see specfication sheets and Outdoor Lighting Calculations, this is for copy purposes.
2. Provide fixture cut sheets as requested by General Submittal Requirements.
3.Fixture type B3 listed as 120 volt in fixture schedule, cannot be in Penthouse 600 Panel which is 480 volt, where will it be fed from.
4.Where circuit numbers only are indicated on plan also identify panel designation.
5. Panel loads do not include continuous duty for parking lighting,or other loads on 3 hrs or more.
6. Regarding the Outdoor Lighting Load Calculations, will this be the only lighting for all 30 plus acres? Is there any existing lighting on this site. Please address this per Section 3.1 of the Outdoor Lighting Code.
