COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Historic Preservation Zone review and possible Design Development Option (DDO).


This site is located in the HO-3 Zone (LUC Section 2.4.3.2.D.1). The Development Designator is "L" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is BB (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The required setback for interior lot lines is the greater of ten (10) feet or three quarters (3/4) the height of the structure's wall facing the property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The required setback is ten (t10) feet to the south property line and the proposed setback is three (3) feet eight (8) inches..

HPZ review required and possible DDO required.
