The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the south property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The height of the structure's wall facing the south property line is fourteen (14) feet. The minimum setback to the south property line is nine (9) feet, four (4) inches (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is six (6) feet, eight (8) inches. |
