The City Of Tucson Outdoor lighting Code #10135, has not been addressed properly.

1. Not all outdoor light fixtures have been included on the lumen count. All L type fixtures omitted. These fixtures do not appear to meet the definition of a Full Cut Off Light Fixture, as described in the ordinance. On Sheet SE-1, it is noted that "No unshielded fixture is being used."
If a fixture is not Full Cut Off, it is unshielded. The notes in table 401.1 of the Ordinance indicate unshielded fixtures can only be 3000 lumens. Verify on plan
2. The L type fixtures under the canopy need not be included in the lumen count if Full Cut Off, please verify this on plan.
