This site is located in the R-3 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.6.2.A.2). The Development Designator is "P" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.D) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is CC (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to an interior lot line is the greater of ten (10) feet or three-fourth (3/4) the height of the structure's wall facing each property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The required setback to the north property line is ten (10) feet. The proposed setback is three (3) feet, six (6) inches for the covered patio addition to the north property line.
