The over-current protection at the landlords Switch Gear is 800 amps, the parallel conductors (4 350's #1 grd) are rated at 610 amps, thus requiring a 700 amp fuse, per NEC-240 The ground for this circuit should be 1/0 awg for this size circuit per NEC- 250.122. 2. Provide documentation on landlord allowed ampacity for this space. 3.The feeder from the landlords Switch Gear feeds a J-box where the feed appears to go to both Panel G and this space, what would be the combined load on the feeder for both ? Why is this load included on the feeder to the Gap ? 4. Sheet E9-0, shows on the Equipment Wiring Schedule for Panels B and C to be 480/277v. 5.
