1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with the site plan. As of this review date the site plan has not been approved by all CDRC/PDSD plan reviewers so technically the building plan cannot be approved by zoning at this time.

2. Zoning will re-review the building plans on the next submittal and compare them to the approved site plan if available. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Building Plans Reviewers approve the plans and an approved plan and stamped is available and included.
