COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This Site requires a DDO for the setback to the east property line. This site is in the RX-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.3.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "F" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.A) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator BB (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the east property line is twenty (20) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is fifteen (15) feet.

There is a previous LDO 00-85 on the site.
