Per LUC section 3.2.6.5.A the front street perimeter yard setback is 20'-0", the plan shows 6'-0", revise the plan to show the correct front street perimeter yard setback. 2. Per LUC section 3.2.6.5.A the front street perimeter yard setback is 10'-0", the plan shows 6'-0", revise the plan to show the correct side street perimeter yard setback. 3. Per LUC section 3.2.6.5.A the proposed north porch does not meet the required front perimeter yard setback requirement of 20'-0". Also per LUC Section 3.2.6.6.A.2 the roof overhang is only allowed to encroach into the perimeter yard 2'-0" and it appears that the overhang is close to 4'-0". 4. Per LUC Section 3.2.9 the lot coverage calculation should include the vehicle use area. Revise the calculation. 5. Show the zoning for the adjacent south and west parcels on the plan. 6.
