Cell Tower (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 14, 2010

1. The Cell Tower plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Based on discussions with COT Staff a lease agreement is in the works. Per this lease agreement when the right-of-way is widened along Swan Road the cell site will be removed. Provide a note on the plan stating "AT THE TIME OF ROAD WIDENING AT&T WILL REMOVE THE CELL SITE FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AT NO EXPENSE TO THE CITY OF TUCSON.

3. There is an easement shown running from the proposed tech vehicle parking space to the cell site enclosure. This easement appears to be within the right-of-way and is not a requirement. Either remove the easement from the plan or provide the recordation information (Docket & Page) on the plan.

4. Zoning is will to provide an over the counter review once the above comments have been addressed. Please call or email to schedule an appointment for this over the counter review.
