The minimum setback to the west property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing each property line. The minimum setback to the west property line is six (6) feet. The minimum setback to the south property line is eight (8) feet, eight (8) inches. The proposed setback is five (5) feet one (1) inch to both property lines. |
