TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 4, 2009

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with the site plan. As of this review date the site plan has not been approved by all PDSD plan reviewers so technically the building plan cannot be approved by zoning at this time.

2. While it appears that the building complies with all zoning requirements the building plans reviewers have denied the plans and therefore the changes requested could trigger some modifications to the plans and zoning must review the plans once more to ensure that the any possible changes do not affect zoning compliance. Zoning will review the building plans and compare to the site plan once again to ensure compliance.
