This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back-check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, clouding any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating the action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Model Energy and Electrical codes. All code references are to the 2006 International Residential Code [IRC], the Outdoor Lighting Code and the Inclusive Home Ordinance. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: There are no general comments to be addressed. ARCHITECTURAL: There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: There is a Keynote #4 regarding the rafter framing members however this keynote is never used on the framing plan; please clarify the location of new rafters and their size. PLUMBING: There are no plumbing comments to be addressed. MECHANICAL: Provide cut sheets for the mechanical units; very little information has been provided about these units. ELECTRICAL: The branch circuits serving all outlets in bedrooms (i.e. receptacles, lights, smoke detectors) need to be protected by arc-fault circuit interrupters listed to provide protection to the entire branch circuit [2006 IRC Sec.
