In addition, Accessible metering faucets shall remain open for a minimum of 10 seconds. Reference: Section 402.1, UPC 2006, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003. State that the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatory will be controlled to a maximum of 110 degrees Fahrenheit (the specified instantaneous water heater can be factory-set to 110 degrees Fahrenheit).
