Based on the partial site plan drawing, the PAAL is narrowed to less than 24 feet next to the electrical box and the parking spaces opposite of the box. In review of the Aerials dated 2002 and 2005 it appears that the box was added sometime between those dates. In order to approve the partial site plan a variance would be required to reduce the PAAL width from 24 feet to 21'-7 3/8" even if the reduction only two spaces. It appears that there is sufficient width in the PAAL just south of the affected area where the restriping of the parking can be done and thereby allowing the restriping of the affected PAAL area to accommodate a 24 foot PAAL. 2. Label the PAAL widths adjacent to the west of the (Goodwill) building. Label the parking spaces typical length, width, and angle. 3. Revise the tenant roll to include all uses even if vacant call them retail. By all uses, I would like to see what the actual use in that specific suite is, i.e., Realty Office, Podiatrist office, Food Service, Furniture rental/sales, personal service such as barber or beauty salon etc. 4. The survey drawing does not have any DSD approval stamps or signatures. Provide a copy of the most current and approved site plan for reference to compare the overall building square footage.
