COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the area of expansion only.

D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.4 Based on the vehicle parking space calculation provided a Board of Adjustment for Variance is required. Zoning recommends that the vehicle parking calculation be revised to meet the requirements of FOOD AND BEVERAGE WHOLESALING. If not contact Russlyn Wells at 837-4948 in regards to the Board of Adjustment for Variance

Depending on how the above comments are addressed addition comments may be forth coming.

12/09/2009 ANDREW CONNOR LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1. Based on Zoning comments pertaining to vehicle parking space calculation a Board of Adjustment for Variance may be necessary!

2. All plant material used for landscaping shall be selected from the Drought Tolerant Plant List in Development Standard 2-16.0.

3. The site plan most include a planting table with the following information:

a. Sizes of plants indicated in boxes, gallon cans

b. Both the proper and common name of each type of plant material.

c. Material and areas of inert ground cover.

4. The site plan and landscape plan must show identical site layout to avoid conflict between the two plans. Ensure that all changes to the site plan are reflected on the landscape plan.
