Required perimeter yard setback from the proposed mother in-laws quarters is based on the height of the proposed exterior wall. East exterior wall height of 8'-4" requires 6'-0" setback, 4'-0" provided. South exterior wall height of 9'-6" requires 6'-4" setback, 2'-0" provided.
