Delineate future ROW lines on the landscape plans: MS&R right-of-way line locations are established utilizing the future right-of-way width for those streets identified in the MS&R Plan. The widths are measured in accordance with the method established by the MS&R Plan LUC 2.8.3.4 5. Any vegetation higher than thirty (30) inches must be located outside of the sight visibility triangle. Include existing and future sight visibility triangles on landscape plan. 6. Obtain permission for use of ROW, Contact Gary Wittwer Landscape Architect DOT Engineering Division @ 791-5100. 7.Identify any water harvesting areas. 8. Additional comments may apply. |
